Get In Touch

Everything is made to order or in very small runs, so every enquiry is a conversation rather than a form. We take all of them on WhatsApp, and you will be talking to the bench, not a call centre.

WhatsApp

Message us on WhatsApp

+1 (555) 555-0100

One number, answered by the workshop. No ticketing system, no chatbot, and no queue between you and an answer. Send a photograph, a voice note or a sentence — whatever is quickest for you.

What to send

If you are asking about a piece

Tell us what you carry on a normal day — the actual laptop, the actual notebook, whether you want it on the shoulder or in the hand. Dimensions on a page are a poor guide to whether a bag will suit you, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong shape than sell it to you.

If you are starting a commission

A sentence is enough to begin. Read the commissions page first so you know the stages and the timeline, then message us with a shape in mind or a description of the problem you need solved. We reply with hide photographs, a written specification and a fixed price before anything is charged.

If you own one of ours

Send a photograph of the piece and the area you are asking about — this is where WhatsApp genuinely helps, because we can usually tell from an image whether it is a two-minute fix or a bench job. Repairs are covered for life and the cover is transferable, so it does not matter whether you were the original buyer. The guarantee page explains how to send a piece in.

If you are asking about an order

Include the order number if you have one. Shipping times, tracking, and what happens if a parcel arrives damaged are all set out on the shipping and returns page.

When we reply

Usually the same working day, and always within two. If a question needs the bench rather than the desk — whether a particular repair is possible, whether a hide can be sourced — it may take longer, because the answer is worth more than the speed.

We do not send marketing on WhatsApp. If you message us, we reply to you and nothing else.

Visiting the workshop

The workshop is a working bench rather than a showroom, but we are glad to arrange a visit for anyone considering a commission. Ask on WhatsApp and we will find a time.

Join the waitlist

The store opens in small batches and pieces are listed as they come off the bench. Leave your email and we will tell you the day a batch goes live — nothing else, and never more than once a month.
