Handcrafted Luxury Leather Bags
Luxury leather bags cut, stitched and finished entirely by hand — one maker, one bag, from first cut to final burnish.
Most luxury bags are assembled. Ours are built. Full-grain hides, saddle-stitched with waxed linen thread, edges burnished by hand over three days. Nothing is glued that should be sewn, and nothing leaves the bench until it will outlive the person who bought it.
Turnlock and buckle flaps in Epsom, Togo and box calf. Saddle-stitched by hand, with nothing glued that should be sewn.
Alligator, crocodile and lizard hides, matched scale to scale and finished entirely on the bench.
Hand-shaped top handles, hidden closures and suede-lined interiors. Built on a bench, not a line.
Small shapes with full-size construction. The same hides, the same stitch, the same three days of edge work.
A structured day tote in full-grain calf. Fits a 16-inch laptop without ever looking like a work bag.
Long-strap shapes on solid brass hardware, hand-polished and never plated. Suede-lined throughout.

We buy whole hides from two European tanneries and reject roughly a third. Scars, insect marks and loose grain never make it to the cutting table.
Every panel is cut by hand around the natural tension of the hide, so the bag holds its shape for decades instead of seasons.
Two needles, one waxed linen thread, locked at every pass. If a stitch is ever cut, the seam holds — a machine lockstitch unravels.
Edges are sanded, sealed and burnished in four passes over three days until they are glass-smooth and water-tight.
Luxury is mostly a claim. This is the specification — the same sheet that goes in the box with every piece, signed by the maker who built it.
If a material can be sourced better, we change it and tell you. If it cannot, we say that too.
